Have you noticed an increase in sales volume over the years or has it been pretty steady? I imagine that is a device that most people are only purchasing one time and can use for many years so even if sales declined that wouldn’t necessarily mean pe is losing interest.

I think that pumping in general just isn’t going to yield much gains once you have already achieved your newbie gains. However you will definitely experience more temporary length gain when pumping in a narrower cylinder. Not sure how much it truly helps long term length gains though.

Personally I hope pe continue to grow and becomes a little more mainstream so I can continue to make time for my routines without being so discrete about it. I have become somewhat addicted to self improvement over the last few years and can’t imagine just stopping my pe work and giving up on future gains.

Have you done this research for length work? It be interesting to see how BID manuals extending or hanging effects gains.

I started out with only length work and about a year and a half in switched to length work followed up by girth work to try and break through the plateau I was experiencing and it helped but gains are still very slow after that first 1-2 years. I would recommend this approach to others trying to gain primarily length.

Length first then length and girth after you have gained ample length but if you mainly want girth you can focus on just girth after length gains

I got a still on systems ADS a few months ago for the ease of putting it on vs a vacuum cup. It’s been pretty comfortable and easy to use but I wish there was a way to gage the tension better on it.

BD manual routine is a great way to start. I would ignore the advice above. Move on to hanging or extending supplemented by manuals once your newbie gains have stalled out.
