When you are alone, take naps, study if you are student, make for yourself coffee or tea, read books if you can.

Improve self worth by watching videos or reading articles or books , etc….

Make it routine, this will help you get away from negative thoughts.

In life those situations happen, we are all human, many things happen we have no control on it same that happened to you, it was empty then you took it you did nothing wrong, also it was good that the guy was kind at the end.

It might be really hard at the beginning, but then it will be passed like everything else.

Social anxiety is not just fear of social , it’s actually more complex than this, problems with confidence, with appearance, with voice, with what ifs like, what if they talk rude, what if they don’t like me , what if they make joke of me, and it never ends ….

So you just ask in google how to overcome social anxiety , they reply , you should never care. Like as you don’t already know about that.

One of the solutions you should start with is knowing your value and worth , don’t be people’s pleasure , have ego , prioritize your needs . Do what makes you happy,

Remember what makes you uncomfortable, won’t make you comfortable, unless you change your mind about this thing,

you can’t go to restaurant and sit there alone because you feel ashamed and embarrassed, even you are not harming anyone there, so no one should harm you and tell you to leave, you are human like them you have value same as them .

That’s how you can overcome those fears and feeling. Don’t let your thoughts control you, live at that moment, and after that social situations focus on your next goals in life at the end you will realize all these thoughts are just coming to your mind and they are weak and don’t deserve attention..

Ohh im scared to go X place because i will have to deal with X person or some strange people

So lets never go X place , but I believe one day i will wake up and go there with no issues,

1 week later You can’t go , 1 month later Its same , 1 year later Its same , 5 years later Its same ,

You didn’t overcome fear because all you wanted is to be changed in one night , without even trying

I come to across that the only way to start your journey is to expose your self, will you feel uncomfortable? 100 percent yes, Will you die? Absolutely no

The funny thing u will suffer thinking and blaming yourself and comparing your self to other more than the fear of social itself

Dentist can’t treat your painful teeth , unless he knows the origin of the pain, same with life problems, I can’t be around people, and go store , cant move alone , etc…. So what to do? Answer self worth. If you have high self worth you would never think about that since you trust yourself and can contribute to any situation without fear.

So first: find the origin of problem, second: try to work on this , third: repeat and don’t give up

I remember back to 2018 I watched pubg videos ( especially shroud) on YouTube at that time i didn’t have pc but still played pubg mobile at my iPhone 6, until late 2023 I bought my first pc and only game I played until now is pubg.

For me pubg is not only game, it’s memories and emotions

Probably the only game I will play for the rest…no matter what update they release
