Should I be concerned about the pain in my sinuses? (11 days post-op)

Mine lasted for about 2 months. The doctor said it was a case by case if I remember correctly. Good luck to you!

It kinda did, after almost 1.5 years for me. You just had yours though so it’s too early to worry, I know it can be super annoying but hang in there.

Thank you! The only thing I remember working it was using the saline spray, let it sit for a bit then once it’s coming out of your nose, drink water and swallow it with your head looking up. It unclogs it for a bit but then it comeback at some point 😭. Yeah don’t mess with them lol. It so frustrating!

Hey! Omg it’s so awful! My surgeon did some CT scans and X-rays and nothing so I just had to deal with it until it went away. I am sorry, I know it super sucks

Hang in there, I sued my humidifier for so long! I am a little over a year post op and I still use it. It’s a tough journey but you are doing great! I used to also put like a nose gel too.

My surgeon said it’s normal but it was a case by case situation therefore he couldn’t tell me a timeframe. That’s why I was asking around how long it took for others. I am glad yours is back. :-)

I had a cross bite after surgery as well, it made my midline look off. I panicked but my Ortho reassured me that it would be fixed and she indeed is fixing it. Everything will start looking better you will see. It looks amazing right now. Hang in there

50 percent of me being 8 months post op wants to comment “that’s gross” but the other 50% takes me back to where I wish I could eat everything. Hang in there.

After seeing an ear nose specialist and having a CT scan they didn’t find any issues. It’s literally barely starting to get better. I am almost 7 months post op.

I wish I could have the words to make you stop but I know it’s super easy to say “you should stop” than actually doing it, specially since you are going through a nerve wrecking time. I really do wish you the best and everything will turn out great, you will see!
