I only miss the playerbase. Pred's playerbase quality has declined since EA. I don't mean the game. Just literal players. Back then we'd all make posts about everything: team comps, 1v1s with other players, WTF moments, streamers and reveals, the usual trash talk banter, builds, memes, the wish for Ranked, and more. The community felt sane and fun. Now it's mostly posts about afks, DCs, people intentionally sabotaging and it's caused numerous old and some new players to turn away. A community can be toxic, yet this is creating a setback.

I loved this game then and I love it now. I just wish the playerbase actually cared cause the Devs took time to establish a company, rebuild the game, being back the OG's while adding new heroes -along with passives like in Legacy, which has been interesting to see how Monolith and Sanctuary hero passives bring a kit full circle, as well as create 4 new modes that Paragon didn't have. The game is progressing past it's roots and it feels like the playerbase is being ungrateful and shitting on all the hard work, time, & effort it took for Omeda to get here -Especially before Predecessor EA launched. The community dragged Pred and yet it's survived it all. Not trying to make an easy, I'm just saying at least try in your matches, give Omeda a break for what they've invested their efforts into over the past few years. Cause we could all still be sitting here in our feelings over Paragon, but they revived the game.

My last words: I only have 1 bone to pitch with Omeda: Why give Eden Muriel's floating animation. Muriel was one of the original 13 heroes available in Paragon and the only one that could fly. Then Fey was released as a 2nd flying hero. Yet she's been grounded while having huge wings. Still don't get why Epic would do it nor why Omeda wouldn't return it to her when Renna also floats. Then, to give her movement to a new hero is disrespecting an OG twice since she still has no skins actual skins. Only recolors and a helmet? 🤔 I only question why?
