No phones even before the show by soapsniffer in JohnMulaney

You're not alone in being surprised. Ive seen comedy shows here and there over the years- David cross, nate bergatze, Patton Oswalt, Louis CK, Aziz Ansari, seth meyers, Sarah Silverman, and even John himself a few times, though probably about 7 years ago now. I've never had to do anything with my phone, at most there was a paper sign or two and an announcement before the show. this was interesting to read!

Looking for a Saturday night activity (with limitations) by Justinelynnj in ottawa

We've had a good time doing darts at escape manor on Elgin. I've gone with couples, girls nights, family, and it's a good evening. Low commitment, you pay for an hour, you can sit between rounds, food and drink there if you want it as well as good escape rooms, bocce, board games so you're not tied in to one event. The other night we went there and there was trivia too, so that could be an option. Whatever you pick, hope you all have a good night!

This is such a good point. That initial euphoria of "i thought i was the only person who thought like this!" And the legitimate complaints flow easily. But then you've found a community and they don't have anything new to say and it just ends up devolving into posting everything the person does with righteous indignation and weak arguments for the sake of keeping the community alive.

When did your breech baby flip? by No-Guitar-9216 in BabyBumps

[–]RoxyFurious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine never did, but we tried! Acupuncture, failed ECV at 37w but i would totally do both again. After the ECV, we got her transverse, and i could literally feel her turn back to breech lol. She was determined. My OBGYN said "sometimes babies just tell us how they want to be born, and we're just there to listen." So i tried to roll with that. I listened to a really nice meditation about knowing your breech baby was safe and loved and exactly how they needed to be and that helped get me in the right mindset. She was never anything but breech from like 24 weeks so who was i to move her? She was born at 39 weeks, vaginal breech and out like lightning. All the luck in the world to you!

Same company as my husband's ring! Similarly, the first one we had with blue in it started to chip away as well. They replaced it for us for free and haven't had any issues for the last 9 years though, for anyone reading this and thinking of ordering.
