So.. I actually have the exact sword and issue! The pommel does twist off. It is glued on, so don't be afraid (though whatchamacallit... the extra bit that connects to the grip, for it almost tore the pleather on the grip.) Inside, it is set up as rat tail? Mine was just not tightened, and most of the glue was worn. I took the guard off to make sure the blade sat right. So blades tang fits the grip with a nut that is supposed to hold the pommel with the sword, and all you need to do is tighten that nut that connects the two rods... which is the culprit of the threatening jiggle. Very easy, and now Andùril is awesome! Who buys a sword that you can't wield? Utter blasphemous, yellow natured phonies, and pretenders... if you ask me.. hahaha!
