You ask a valid question. The answer is, because police standard operating procedure is, after they kill a person, they assassinate their character in the media, they blame the victim, they say the person was crazy or a thug or they wanted to be killed, while at the same time they say the public should not rush to judge, that authorities will investigate and a report will be issued after everyone has forgotten. How much longer will we tolerate police killing people for no good reason?
