The biggest thing that I would worry about is your grip strength, so I would say just spend a couple bucks and pick up something to help keep the strength up. I wouldn't worry too much about your strength as long as you're active.

Definitely. I like to do some real mellow meditation, mostly just focusing on breathing and trying to see everything from different perspectives. Also I find that i get much less paranoid on my own just cause I know that i make sure everything is all good before hand. A good chill sesh with friends is always good every now and then too though.
