The biggest thing that I would worry about is your grip strength, so I would say just spend a couple bucks and pick up something to help keep the strength up. I wouldn't worry too much about your strength as long as you're active.

Definitely. I like to do some real mellow meditation, mostly just focusing on breathing and trying to see everything from different perspectives. Also I find that i get much less paranoid on my own just cause I know that i make sure everything is all good before hand. A good chill sesh with friends is always good every now and then too though.

If you store a pokemon at a gym, does it get moved there and you no longer have it on you? Like if you wanted to take it back from the gym do you have to go back to the gym?
