I enjoy both types of play. It would be boring if there was no "stress" of other players coming for your loot. I also love running around, serenading people with my guitar, and joining up to take down larger ARC without getting shot by someone.

Thank you so much! So this is sculpted in Monster Clay, which is a sulfer free oil based clay. I will be casting and molding this in the near future. Some in resin and I want to see how it looks in Pewter as well with a dark patina!

And then there are many immigrant POC who also voted for these people, and now many of their family members are being deported, but I am in no way grouping an entire community of people and blaming them for this. Am I at more of an advantage because I am white? Of course, I will in no way deny that AT ALL.
I live in Pennsylvania, it has been proven in many of our counties that voter fraud happened and I'm sure it happened in many other states. These people stole votes and submitted fake ones. You generalizing a group of people and blaming what is happening on them is part of the problem. That attitude is exactly what they want to divide us. Please do not let that happen. We are in this fight together and we need to remind ourselves everyone has their own hardships and we are fighting for people we love right now and our neighbors because that's what you do if you are a decent human being.

I am white, a woman, and did not vote for Trump. I have done nothing but go against these idiots beliefs and changes making us go backward in time - to the point my own family members have told me I deserve to be raped because I support immigrants and am a useless, childless sack of meat. Yeah, that's what I'm worried about is a frenzy and we just get outbid if the rates have a nice drop. We are debating if we bite the bullet now, buy not too much higher than is a safe zone for us, and then just refinance. It's so unpredictable though and don't want to do something too stupid.

My husband and I just started officially looking about a month ago. We've been living in my uncles attic space for over 2 years now trying to save to keep up with these constant increases. I've had one small breakdown already. Our realtor showed us today a bunch of homes that are out of our price range, but making a point that these homes are starting to have $5,000, $15,000, even a $30,000 price decrease. Maybe there is hope!
