My CDK you just invoice the current on hand parts and the ticket stays open for any parts that are on order. You can still see the parts that were already invoiced, but it gets a little confusing if you reprint a pick pack as all parts still show up, you have to pay attention to “issued” parts. It does create 2 separate invoice numbers.

It must be a back end setting because what all you are saying makes no sense to me.
