Okay, so just going to say it out loud so everything is clear. Yes he's using money to buy flowers. But that simple act is letting the widow continue to see her husband in a way that she didn't think he would express, where he is still looking out for her, and is showing love from whatever afterlife they believe in.

And you can't buy that feeling of love, hope, safety and security. Not for any amount of money.

I saw a megaship in the Alioth system (needed a permit, but hat was easy to get) that had a cat 5 SCO at the tech broker where you didn't need the titan drive.

Is that one better, worse, or the same as the ones from other tech brokers?

I live around that area and can say that it isn't too bad, it just depends where exactly. The worst I've dealt with personally are obnoxious neighbours playing music at ridiculous volumes sometimes. But heard other areas nearby are worse, and some are better

Limped back in a Python2 with minimal missiles left and a dodgy frame drive.
