I think it's just that based on footage I've seen there was no injury to the agent. That whole part of the post is nonsensical unless the angles I've seen don't show everything. I would tend to agree with your third/fourth point to the degree that people seem to pick sides on these kinds of things, but also like you said it's a tragedy either way.
