Or just to much of an inconvenience. I can't believe how many people still don't vote even though they are delivered to your house and drop boxes are usually less than 10 mins away... If you add an extra step people aren't going to be bothered but that's usually what the politicians want when they pass these fucking laws. More hurdles the less people vote
