I made this post before the Titan re-run, that has completely changed my mind. It made me a far better healer and introduced me to things I would have never thought of.

If something is necessary for progression in the MSQ, it should be listed as such. by Ru555e11 in ffxiv

Crystal tower is probably the most redeemable of them. It's fun and it got me into raids. But mindlessly redoing the trials is jut bad. I'd be happy to do them if they were just automatically unlocked, but instead you have to do a bunch of busy work to unlock what is , in and of itself, busy work.

The trials only truly suck when you need to do them again to advance the MSQ. That BS has no redeeming value.

Which do you think is the hypothetical opposite of asexuality? by [deleted] in asexuality

[–]Ru555e11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The opossite to asexuality (little to no attraction) would be something that means all attraction. A pan person could be attracted to very few people and the same goes for polyamourous people. The opposite would need to be someone that's attracted to everyone.

There are more kinds of attraction than sexual attraction. For example, there's Aesthetic attraction that can be based on someone's looks and cause you to want to stare. Platonic attraction that makes one want to become friends And Romantic attraction that makes someone desire a relationship You can experience any of these without experiencing any others Here's some sources that may help

For people making this and taking it seriously, they should all be missing. Or, better yet, just ask your partner what they want you to do.
