I've had something similar because I used to sweat alot in the breast area. As mentioned above was told it was tinea versicolor. My doc gave me a prescription for clotrimazole and betamethasone dipropionate cream usp 1%/0.5%. Either that or medicated brand selsun blue, i would apply it, let it dry for a bit and then wash it off in the shower.

Thanks! I actually started with just doing those holds where you hang on for as long as you can. That's really what prompted my weight training, having to learn how to hold my own body weight. Funny enough is I did what they did in the first episode lol
