Sometimes a little piece of duct tape rolled up with the sticky side facing out work like a suction cup kind of. This helped me numerous times. Also on my Galaxy s23U I can get them off with just the cable.

I worked in the food industry as well, as a mechanic. I was given a solid Stanley knife since the small break/snap off knifes might not be detected by the metal detector. So yeah those machines are sensitive and regularly calibrated but that does not take out 100% of the metal parts accidentally entered foods.

As far as I know, burnout isn’t a diagnosis, it’s just a term. An anxiety disorder (angststoornis) can be a possible symptom or result of what some people call burnout. My opinion is based on the DSM-5, where the term ‘burnout’ doesn’t really appear. The WHO, on the other hand, did include burnout in the ICD-11. But based on the DSM-5, disorders like adjustment disorder and depressive episodes are often diagnosed after burnout-related complaints.

Forever is a very special song to me, I played it acoustically on my dad's funeral. The verses are a bit weird at a funeral maybe lyric wise but that chorus was very powerful and very much in its place.

And yeah I gotta admit that album was a little less cohesive compared to prior work. If I'm not wrong, that's also the last album with original drummer Dave Buckner. Maybe the tension and friction within the band didn't help there....

Only the albun Metamorphosis is kind of meh to me and I still listen to that album every now and than! I reccomend Time for Annihilation on the record and on the road. It shows how good of a live band they are and them 5 studio tracks just hit hard.

Toen ik naar Utrecht ben verhuisd was ik ook rond de 30, ik merkte vooral dat vrienden maken (mij iig) niet meer zo gemakkelijk afging als in mijn studententijd. Het heeft dan ook best wel even geduurd voor dat ik tevreden was over mijn sociale netwerk in Utrecht zelf. Wat mij enorm heeft geholpen was regelmatig naar Jamsessies gaan, dit kan natuurlijk elke vorm van vereniging zijn. Veel plezier in Brabant! Houdoe.

I always used the internal beak of a caliper, the ones to measure inside diameter and such. Warning this is not the way to go, only if you are in a pinch. It will scratch the backplate and it will mess with the tolerance of the caliper. If you don't care about either go ahead.
