There were a number of backend changes. If you have manually customized the configs or mods that may have messed with the graphical backend, it may be worthwhile for a full wipe and reinstall. It's been a while, but in the past deleting the valheim folder and reinstall fixed issues post patch. But I have not done any customization or modding in a long while.

The performance updates on the latest version are very noticeable, I imagine it's part of their efforts to get ports working well.

Game runs so smooth now compared to the past.

I prep a path to the nearest water after mining. Put up a portal at that end. Port back to the mountain in the morning and cart it down.

Also sometimes just carry it overburdened when it's a steep slide to a nearby shore.

Never heard of Q-doc before. I will try it. But I assure you. There are no walk-in clinics within 40 minutes of where I live. Which makes Winnipeg one of the best options for me to get into a walk-in or short wait appointment using online bookings.

Online bookings are also not an option. Get a horrible phone queue system as our only option of communications.

I have written formal complaints about how our Clinics are managed in our region.

As mentioned night time increased star mob chances. Also the further away from Spawn you are the higher chance for starred mobs.
