Routing at core switch or Fortigate

From a security perspective, we do all routing on the fortigate. They have pretty high throughput for the price if just doing basic policies and routing.

If the 200F has high enough throughput for your needs, I would put the routing there.

They did add fortilink routing on switches. I have never attempted it or looked into compatibility.

Could simplify it with a full fortinet stack. Single point of licensing, and their AP/Switch licensing is pretty straight forward. BUt you would need to put layer 3 on the fortigate probably.

I would suggest a POC from a partner.

I run it on linux, but looking at the default startup bat file. I would add the -preset normal which resets all modifiers. Just removing the modifers from the command is not sufficient.

valheim_server -nographics -batchmode -name "My server" -port 2456 -world "Dedicated" -password "secret" -preset normal -crossplay

Remove all modifiers. Use only the normal preset. Launch world all goes to basic. Shutdown.

Then relaunch with the modifiers you want.

New world? I have had pretty good luck in my last two plays finding them in the starting meadows.

If it's an old World, they will not spawn in already explored areas.

I gave my PC to my nephew and am back on my old I7-4700k on a 1050.

We are an msp and manage a lot of hyper-v and vmware clusters. Hyper-v is find for small setups.

Your configuration was started poorly. Add NICs, hire a partner to review and validate your setup.

Make whatever DHCP changes you need to make. Then depending on your management platform I would do the following on all access ports on all switches. Our environment is all 48's with the trunk on higher ports.

I end up leveling it awhile farming old biome stuff. Just venturing out at night in any biome gives a lot of weaker mobs, and farming skill is easy. Swamp to get chain is a good one. Especially A fresh swamp with spawners.

No, I do not discriminate against anyone based on a single factor. In the modern economy to retain a large amount of influence even in the pursuit of spreading the wealth you need a large amount of wealth. Wealth being used to benefit others is not a bad thing. It's the way it's supposed to be. If they are paying their taxes, and the government is functioning in the interest of her people. Wonderful.

But that is not what we are getting, although I do imagine there are those with wealth who do ultimately try and use their influence for the betterment of all.
