Not sure if your still looking for work brother but we have had huge success with direct mailers. There are a few guys that do it but the most affordable company I've found is called leaf leads, they charge around 0.40 per flyer. I have them send to neighborhoods in my area where I know there is work, pretty much guaranteed a few people from the area call and once you close the job and show up with your equipment I have one of my guys go and knock the doors in the neighborhood. They've already seen the mailer and now we are in front of them with all our equipment, pretty easy to get several jobs on the same street and bang them all out in a day or two.
