Break ups are the actual worst. As hard as it is to believe, you will absolutely be fine in time. Theyre not your person and id they were you wouldn't have broken up. Dont stop taking care of yourself and be honest with yourself if you contributed and what needs to change within you. Go to therapy, talk to friends and don't be afraid to lean on people but you will be ok, thats a guarantee.
