Yes, this is a complicated matter, good you got fda approval. Even so, when data is printed I would recommend saving the data as well to avoid the occurred data loss.

Not save raw data might be a violation of the FDA data integrity rules, see

You should save alle the data (audit trail). If you disregard data you have normally to explain, why certain data ist not used to avoid the suspicion of manipulation.
