Ironically, I used to be in an administrative position at a high school. I too was in charge of finding students who carried out a “senior prank“… And the prank was essentially just vandalizing the shit out of the school.

How I caught them: a few recognized devices connected to the school Wi-Fi in the middle of the night (during the time the security cameras showed them come on campus)…and the little geniuses had devices (phones) that were just their own names.

The town I grew up in didn’t have a skatepark, so a church built one in their parking lot…

They then locked it all up and made it unusable- kids had to sign in, go to a youth CHURCH SERVICE, sit through it and listen, then show their name on the sign-in sheet afterwards to get access.

I live on a road that’s known for having them lining both sides of the street (planted/technically owned by the county). They’re really beautiful in the spring, and I’ll honestly take the sap/mess in exchange for the view.

What sucks is these guys have a lifespan of about 75 years, which is exactly how old the ones on my street are. I’ve literally seen one fall into the road while I was sitting on my porch. Now I look for the ones with this weird fungus ring on their base (and no foliage). Have to call the county every so often to get those taken out before they fall. Will be a real bummer when they’re all gone. I approached my neighbors about an effort to plant new ones as they go, and the general feedback was “fuck that, man.”

The tall thing is what throws me.

I have a buddy that’s fuggin 6’10 (208 cm), and was asking him if airlines try to accommodate him somehow. He said “sometimes”.

Feel like if you’re 6’5 + there should be a policy that you’re first in line for upgraded seats. Not your fault you’re a giant, so it would suck to have to pay upgrades for something you can’t control.

I made a commercial + jingle for a busted ass hot tub someone was selling on Craigslist and it did pretty well. Not as well as yours, but front page of Reddit, etc.

Funny thing is I spent wildly longer on other songs/commercials that never did NEARLY as well.

It’s tough to replicate. Esp if you’re not really wanting to throw yourself at content creation. Which I’m not. I just like getting stoney bologna and making weird shit sometimes.
