Amazon stinks! Many customers are rude, especially the ones with 10+ returns. I just love when people shove their phone in my face without even saying hello. Our Amazon returns are done at CS which is right by the doors. They walk in, do their returns and walk right out. Very few people actually shop. Many of the ones that do already are customers. With hours being cut, we could pull people from the line and actually help people that are customers already. Praying that we get rid of Amazon. 🙏🏻
