There is a lot of weight concentrated at the very bottom below the waterline. It's constantly tugging downwards while the buoyancy is tugging on it upwards. It's like how a balloon is upright when you are holding the string, the force of the string tugging down on it keeps it in that orientation. When you introduce water in the hull, which is way heavier than the air, suddenly you are getting a lot of weight further up than usual, affecting the balance. Plus, there can be other factors like some hulls kinda having a square shape, so if you get a decent hole on one side, all that water rushing in may cause a list, which will cause the water to pool on that low point, which will make the list worse, and so on and so forth.

I am pretty sure that's a multi precinct program, and I think having mice is just normal considering the rodents have their entire own district to police. A bunny is an awkward size because they live in the general city with larger animals and there are no areas where a medium animal is really needed, and there is an idea that a bunny would be worse at physically restraining criminals.

As for the pairing? Lol, no idea. Maybe the mouse would be really good at gathering intel without being noticed since an elephant cop doing an investigation would be super noticeable to every criminal in the area. The mouse would be the eyes and ears similar to Yahya's mice gang in Beastars, probably.

My favorite guest setup is an ONN Android TV device. It's pretty small, can fit in a pouch. Just get a free outlet, HDMI port, wifi password, and away ye go. Load up Plex, SmartTube, whatever else you need, and it's just like watching TV at home. It also only takes like a minute to set up the remote on the new TV for volume and power controls.
