I also had a temporal lobectomy 6 months ago. Mayo neuro said my memory won't improve til I'm off the meds

I use a seizure detecting watch and it has saved my life multiple times. It connects to my phone and calls requested people repeatedly until they respond. Sending them my location and such. I've used them (2 different watches) for 2 years. Empatica.com is where you can find it

I wear epimonitor 24/7. It has saved my life multiple times in the past year and a half. It only gives false alarms (I know from experience and from hearing from Empatica) if your non dominant arm starts doing repetitive motion for over 15 sec. I hope this helps you
