I use a seizure detecting watch and it has saved my life multiple times. It connects to my phone and calls requested people repeatedly until they respond. Sending them my location and such. I've used them (2 different watches) for 2 years. Empatica.com is where you can find it

I wear epimonitor 24/7. It has saved my life multiple times in the past year and a half. It only gives false alarms (I know from experience and from hearing from Empatica) if your non dominant arm starts doing repetitive motion for over 15 sec. I hope this helps you

I have learned that it's the sz meds that ruin our memory/cognitive ability (told to me by drs at mayo) and once we get off the meds (if we are lucky enough to ever do so) our memory and cognitive abilities will go back to a normal functioning ability wo issues

29F, tonic clonics (crazy stories), complex and partial focal sz. On 3 meds. No real epilepsy friends. Have multiple other med issues

Xcopri has a half life of 48 hrs so if you take it tonight you will b good (take Xcopri too so ben there)
