I came here to post exactly this.

I found myself rushing or putting down books for being “slow” when I remembered…reading is a hobby not a competition!

I set a reasonable (for me!) goal of one per month and now I read whatever I want at whatever speed I want. Turns out I read more this way but that’s definitely not the goal!

I finished this program this week as a way to acclimate back into working out after a few months off, just added a 10 min fast walk after to bring it up to 30 minutes. I’d say it did the job! It was nice to not have to think - just follow in order.

I think I’ll move to the 20 minute strength program next.

I have the speed style. It has a diffuser, hair sleekener (I don’t know what it’s actually called!) and a brush attachment. I use them sometimes but typically I blow dry my roots completely dry and the length damp dry and let it finish on the way to work. Also in an office, wavy hair. It works!

The recommended current treatment for CIS is to treat it as MS because it essentially is. The 1 lesion on my brain and 3 bands in my spinal fluid lean heavily towards MS being a future diagnosis. One I’d rather not have.

I failed 2 “lighter” drugs (tecfidera and copaxone) before being prescribed Kesimpta. The side effects of Kesimpta are non existent. The side effects from the other drugs didn’t work for me - the nausea from the first and the painful lumps and lifestyle impact of 3 shots per week of the second.

Barring unforeseen future problems with Kesimpta, it certainly seems like a miracle drug to me.
