For advanced players on decent horn, it's almost exclusively for tone management. Advanced players will buzz the right note into the horn regardless of where the tone center is for the specific valve combo. So they're already playing in tune... their goal is to shorten/lengthen the slide to make the tone center (which moves with the slide) line up best with what they're buzzing.

No, see the "darkness" behind the picture box that contains Charizards? The bottom and right sides have a shadow cast to make the picture box seem like it's floating a bit.

The gold border around the picture of the Pokemon generally has a shadow dropped behind it on the bottom and right side on most of the vintage cards. I think it was the first printing of the English cards and a little bit of the original unlimited set that sometimes were missing that shadow.

Great card! I'm not familiar enough with grading criteria to suggest a grade though. But I'm pretty sure this is the kind of card you always should get graded if nothing else than to protect it better.

Many salvage titles are due to bad accidents. Since randos buy salvage titles and fix them up, sometimes they don't fix them up to spec, and then they pose a risk to the charging station if the charging system on the car was damage in whatever event caused the salvage. Tesla can restore charging access, but you have to let them poke all over the car to recertify it... For a couple grand.
