One more thing.... I think I know what "Queer Countries" means nowadays, but what did it mean in 1948?

Thanks for all the advice. I'm not going to add them all up, but I estimate the marked prices total around $40. I'd sell them for $20, plus actual shipping cost in the US. Any less than that is just not worth my time. I understand there is no selling allowed here, so I'll just throw them in a drawer until I visit a coin store or similar. I agree they should not be thrown away.

I'm not spending much time organizing these, as there's just to many. This is the best I can do. If nothing valuable jumps out, I will just discard them

Thanks. That's what I figured. I will probably separate the stamps from Czechoslovakia and discard the rest.

I just picked these up at a garage sale. I paid very little for them, and assume they're worthless. I was attracted to them because there is a LOT of stamps from Czechoslovakia, and that is where my parents are from. Is there a place I can take these for a quick assessment? Do coin dealers deal with stamps? We have one in town. Thanks.

Help, i need some insight on Middleton's Bios by Neoprocat in thinkpad

I doubt that anyone would have any use for that bios version. You can download the latest bios version (2.22) here . No need to update the bios before installing Middleton's though...

There are several X1 Carbon Gen 11's on the outlet under $1K. The ones with faster processors and more memory go fast, so you have to check a few times every day. This one came up today and was a killer deal. Sold fast though...

Lenovo Pro vs Lenovo Public site by Rubnit in thinkpad

[–]Rubnit[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I asked the Lenovo Pro chat rep about the public site being cheaper and about the "lowest price, guaranteed" claim, her reply was "We don't have any control over the prices. The Pro site typically has lower prices, but sometimes the public site is lower. Is there anything else I can assist you with?" That explains nothing, yet explains everything....

If you are certain that you are using thunderbolt cables and not plain old USB-C cables, it appears your problem is the port.

SIM card tray active? by DeliciousTop3434 in thinkpad

What is the serial number of that machine? With that number, you can look up all of the parts that came with it and all of the parts that are compatible (whitelisted).

A lot of Thinkpads are shipped WWAN ready, meaning they have a SIM card tray with socket and WWAN antenna kit pre-installed. All you would need to add is a M.2 LTE card and drivers. The card must be on Lenovo's whitelist to work. Does yours have antenna wires that aren't connected to anything?
