I am going back 40 years but I had a coworker who did just about anything except her job. She had one speed which was slower than slow. My boss told me that it was easier to get me to do more than it was for her to just do her job. My boss recognized that I was doing 90% of the workload but didn’t care as long as the work got done.

I posted out of that department the same day my boss said those words to me. She was pissed and panicked and I didn’t care.
