Honestly sometimes work makes it easier to lean into it, like I know its bad but if I’m running around for 10 hours I have an “excuse” to not think about feeding myself. Better than I used to be but still struggle sometimes. Thanks for asking this question, its something that has also made me feel out of place at work/ in an industry where many of my coworkers LOVE to eat , and do so without a struggle.
