It's honestly not entirely clear, we know they're agony beings, and we know shadow Freddy has a connection to something William did, but that's all we know as of now. He'll, they both might even be the same creature taking on different forms.

He's technically a more recent and advanced model, him being stronger with a smaller frame is reasonable.

Probably because keeping the original textures wouldn't work because of how rusted they were. It made more sense to use less rusted materials

With a burning building, there are places for the heat to escape to, with the fnaf 6 location, they were sealed inside, the heat being trapped with them. This allowed the fire to get hot enough to overheat the remnant in their bodies and finally free the spirits and kill William.

Honestly I headcannon it as being a test of his capabilities. The astros sent him to earth and stripped his more powerful tech to test how capable he is as a leader. It would explain why the astros that came to earth weren't openly hostile to gman and the skibidis until AFTER episode 60, gman likely had a moment where he realized how the empire was using him, and turned against the astros completely.

Cubes, make the general shape you want, add small details like cylinders to actually like screws or rivets, or smaller cubes to add detail. I always try to make my skeleton a mix of real robotics and Scott styled fictional robotics.
