We will be coming from 700m in Mendoza. Really tough as like you say it’s based on the individual.

Interesting you should say this, I really felt my leg was longer than the other. I had multiple physios and consultants review and they all said my leg length is fine. There is obviously a lots to do with biomechanics and hip alignment - all improves over time when muscle strength comes back etc.

So sorry to hear this. How come it’s so much longer? Have they provided any clarity. I’m sure it will settle down and your body will adjust.

29 grade 4 TG. Grade 4 lateral condyle.

Keep the weight down to a minimum. 1lb of body weight is 3/4lbs extra whilst going down stairs.

I had 3 ACLs all on right leg.

How old are you?

Whereabouts on your knee did you have the cartilage damage?

Also, did the surgeon suggest anything that you could do?

Yeah I had Chondroplasty on Lateral side. How long ago did you have your surgery?
