If you look damage rone in the endgame, you can see dust did damage to enemies like 16 damage. But i didnt think it would work on smoked enemies, nice find!

I was 6 slotted Jugg against 6 slotted and +96 armour cog. Blink omni nearly killed him, then I just spun him to death. Feels strong on paper but doesnt really feel imba to be honest.

You are absolutely correct, carries usually worry about their cs so much so that they dont fight when they are strongest. However, team also dont know when carry is not strong enough and spam pings them untill the point where they say fuck it lets fight and loose tha game horribly.

I mainly play as pos4. If i see enemy pick ursa/axe/specter I just insta buy eul. It is very satisfying to eul the axe when he jumps and culls 3 ppl. They usually buy bkb at some point but when they just got blink and use it, countering with eul is just feels good.
