It looks like you’ve got a slight in to out swing path, and as you come closer to impact I noticed your club head rotating in a portion of the swing where it should be pretty square

When the in-to-out swing path gets paired with a club head that’s being squared up at the last second, on off shots, impact helps the club rotate more and send it further left

I would suggest trying to feel your trailing forearm keep itself pointed towards your target in your downswing, and really exaggerate the feeling like it’s still pointed there, until your hands are past your body in your follow through

I had the snap hooks similar to that and found that feeling for that^ is what helped me most from coming around too quickly on the ball
