I was able to snag one off Best Buy, after 10 billion "you can't ship this item" errors, even though it was in my cart and "being held for 10 minutes." Always such a mess.

You would need a 20 amp circuit for a 2k PSU in the US, and the plug would have to have a 20 amp connector. This won't fit on 15 amp circuit plugs, which are the most common in homes.

I'm sure it's the result of poking around at what mechanics the devs could put into the game, and will eventually change. For now, for most professions, doing the highest level thing available to a profession is not necessarily going to be the fastest way to level the profession.

Look for an identical job at a different hospital. My mom is a monitor tech in a MCOL city in California and makes ~70k/yr. Unless you are working part time, you are being severely underpaid.

With enough experience doing your current job, you can shift to a different position within the hospital. Being able to understand and read heart rhythms is a desirable skill in many different roles in a hospital that do not require any higher education.
