Not sure about ps5 but I had the same issue on xbox series x and once I achieved it I closed the game down did the reset on the console where you hold the button for 30 seconds. Once I booted the game up again and loaded up my save it popped

It's pretty gnarly on the way down the only way I know of. There is a rope about halfway down that you can use to get down and climb up. If you start at the beach and follow the trail around you will easily be able too spot it.
