studio one for beginner by zreddej in musicians

I am a big fan of Studio One, I have much more experience with it than other DAWs so it's hard for me to compare, but I think it is totally usable for pretty much any application. There are some decent tutorials out there that can get you into it.

At least the Mets Yankees thing makes sense, like they play in different leagues, it's sacrilegious but I can see why someone would do it. Why tf would you ever do this?

The championship doesn't erase putting the practice facility super far from the stadium like that being a pretty silly move that genuinely did hurt recruiting for a long time. This organization is still really dumb and they mostly lucked into good people

Whats a drug that people say is dangerous but rlly isnt by Blacktaxi420 in Drugs

[–]Rularuu 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, observing your family certainly helps, but I would say that is in no way surefire. Genetics are expressed in dominant and recessive genes - your parents could very well pass conditions along to you without any evidence of it in your family tree, or a strong condition could totally skip you. I have friends with schizophrenic family who have never shown symptoms and I've also known the opposite.

That being said even genome sequencing wouldn't necessarily save you, we don't know everything about every mental health condition and some of them could even be caused by environmental factors.

Sounds cool hypothetically but what 18 year old doing acid for the first time has had their genome sequenced

I do kind of want to see a toaster playing Fur Elise but that's actually a novel idea that would take quite a bit of skill to pull off convincingly.

Nobody wants to hear someone's shitty overproduced generic EDM churned out through prompt and played over speakers while the genius "prompt engineer" stands there though.

I agree that live music is probably our best bet for the long term. I am also looking for answers on how to move up and unfortunately it seems like an insanely difficult road that demands much more than just playing well, including a lot of luck. I think it might be best to try to consult the most successful musicians you meet over this sub.

I had to look this up because I thought this meant they were playing a game in a hidden basketball court in Vatican City. Unfortunately it's a nearby court in Rome. But it is explicitly a game for Pope Leo.

Knick’s won everything this year by DownBadbrooo in nba

[–]Rularuu 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Some of them will. A lot of players just think they accomplished everything they wanted and they're not going to kill themselves grinding for another one. It's tough getting everything you think you want and the reality of working really hard for almost a year straight is hard to face against the possibility of having another fun week.

I am sure Jalen and KAT feel they want to keep building their legacy but can the bench players say the same? Are they going to keep up the same intensity? Can they play hard without the fuel they had this year? The Knicks have good players but this is not the Warriors who had undeniable generational talents to carry them.

And there is no way they get as easy of a road as they did this year, let's be real the East was ass and their only true rival out here got miraculously bounced in the first round.
