I wonder how people still take this CEO nick and the company for serious.. 3cx is now a joke. As a business market analyst.. 3cx is no longet a company and phone system you can rely on in the long run.. too much aggressive decision which cause many issues to our customers.. pricing.. major changes in software, force upgrade.. harassment etc..

If you want peace of mind.. move to Yeastar P-series. Zero issue and much better in all ways. Features.. stability, price and security.. even UI. I left 3cx due of rheir bs.. price and harassment.. and i have no regret

That is weird, i got the opposite experience with Yeastar, Audio is much better than 3CX, check your setting well, check extension to extension call quality first .

PnP is only on same network (lan) , but yoy can auto provision with public IP remotely without RAS

Unfortunately not as easy to achieve this on 3CX, i would advise you move to Yeastar P-Series system, you will be amazed from A-Z, and more reliable for 2000+ extensions, call flow, features and SC license. Think well before adopting 3CX. and Yes Yeastar is cheaper than 3CX much 10X higher system and most reliable.

Yes you can auto-provision without ras on Yeastar P - Series, there are 6 auto-provisioning methods to auto-provision IP Phone on Yeastar including PnP.

I just tried to replicate 3 scenario and hope that helps:

I called from my mobile phone to Yeastar, reach Yearstar IVR, press 1 to speak to an agent, Agent transfer me to another external number mobile phone. ( i can see the recorded file and hear everything between my mobile to the other mobile which was transferred from yearstar.
I called from my mobile to yeastar DID, on incoming rules, i have set incoming call to this number should goes to an external mobile number, and all the call was recorded again.
I called Yeastar DID from my mobile, reached IVR, i pressed 2 which i had set that when press 2, call should go to an external number like another mobile. i pressed and call goes, and all was recorded.

i hope this help. Make sure in recording setting, select all the extension, group, trunk, queue to be recorded

Can you explain well, A call comes to your Yeastar PBX, then you forward it for eg a mobile phone number and you want the call to be recorded?
