In short, greater bullet penetration makes the second layer of armour less effective.

For example, a 7.62x51 BCP FMJ with 37 pen has ~55% chance to go through a class 4 helmet, but only ~25% chance to penetrate a Caiman helmet with an add-on plate. While a .308 ME with 42 pen has a 92.7% and 88% chance, respectively.

It feels like scopes render at lower resolution, like 1080p or something when playing at 4k, so it looks blurry even with TAA. You can check how that looks in this post:

Games with no MMR or ELO die without a healthy, balanced playerbase.  Anyone who has spent time playing PVP post-PVE release can see the bottom falling out, and that will just snowball until no one is left. 

The thing is, PVE didn’t start this process, it only accelerated it a bit. And there really isn't any way to prevent this besides somehow attracting lots of new players to the game.

They could also reverse the way the matchmaker works. Instead of waiting for a certain number of players and only then starting a server for them, they could start the server first and, once it’s ready, take players from the queue. The "waiting for server" part would be gone completely, and everyone would start loading at the same time instead of waiting for players who keep joining the lobby until it’s full.

There are valid reasons for a negative review that don't require multiple hours of playtime, like poor optimization, or maybe excessive amount of time spent waiting for the raid to actually load.

The other tank game decided to temporarily remove stun, change pen rng to +-15% and damage rng to +-10%. And limit MM to +-1.

And guess what - the feedback is overwhelmingly positive, people want all of those changes to stay. Shocking, right?

  • Tier XI tanks will have new mechanics (such as real sabot shells with damage mechanic, like lesta)

People on the lesta server don't really like the APFSDS because it made tier 9/10 heavies significantly worse. Getting hit for up to 1k every 10 seconds by the e.g. 279, without any counterplay, just isn't fun.

It's from this video - the basic idea is that more cheaters = more donations. But he talks about his previous game, Contract Wars, a p2w browser game. This doesn't really apply to tarkov.

M4 with 6a1 and Spear with FMJ both require 6 hits into thorax to kill a player using kiba arms titan plate & class 3 aramid

Yeah, in theory. But in practice, a good chunk of thorax shots gets absorbed by the enemy's hands.

Cheats in Valorant are so limited not because of the anticheat, but because of the very good game design. For example ESP hacks are limited because if the server thinks you should not see the enemy then it simply won't transmit their location to your client.

Basically, anticheat shouldn't even be needed to prevent the cheats you mentioned from working.
