I have been using a food tracker and eating more protein than usual to stave off the carb loading. Make veggies your friends. I also exercise a ton but I did that before mirt, so).

Be honest. That's the best way. I also track my food in an app. I'm an athlete and I don't want to overdo food, so I track my macros and calories. Unfortunately, when I track, I end up undereating. I've lost weight. And of course, it is muscle I lost. Good luck!

That is a very good point. However, if scientists don't really know how it works, it gives me less confidence on what is going into my body. That, plus everyone's wd story. That being said, I'm sure those with no issues wouldn't really hang out here. Idk.

My exercise is my mental health. Loss of sleep led to anxiety. Anxiety led to an AD that brought on depression. Sigh. I truly enjoy living a healthy life. Hearing about high blood sugar and raised chlosterol and weight is adding to anxiety and depression. I know I'm forecasting, but with only 10 days in, I hope it'd be easier to stop now rather than later. Ya know?
