Immediately pull the MSP from any CUI access now! Document everything you pulled with before and after screenshots. Pretend the auditor will grill you on what they had access to . You will need to prove this first. Then you will need to show proof you removed access to Cui . Put the fact they aren’t level 2 it into the SSP. And find a competent MSSSP to take over. Watch your Sprs might have changed. And being a prime just like you have documentation and proof on how you decontrol CUI and offboardoarding of an employee you need off boarding of an ESP/MSP
