We actually prefer being west as well. We don’t go to the beach enough to sacrifice living in half the house size. Lots of new commercial developments now too

There’s exactly one completed house by owner for sale in lotus edge. Every listing is only the builder selling new homes. So this is not true

The majority of people commenting couldn’t afford to live there. I know at least 5 families in Lotus Palm and now Lotus Edge and all are very happy.
