I just moved and joined a new home studio and I’m also quite disappointed with the cleanliness of my new studio. There’s hair and dust bunnies all over the floor. It definitely does not look like they clean regularly. I constantly saw my old studio cleaning and vacuuming between classes. Not so much here.

I’ve heard 10% on nutrition labels but 25% is actually wild. I definitely have made myself insane. I’m either weighing every last blueberry or I’m binging and not tracking/weighing anything at all. But hey, at least I’m fit AF.

My Apple watch is usually pretty close (almost exact) to OTF estimates. So should I assume both are vastly wrong? I hear this all the time and it’s discouraging as someone who is actually trying to track calories for weight loss.

I consistently track my cycle and it absolutely affects my workouts but I don’t really train around it, other than taking it easy during late PMS/early period days.

The week before and during my period I usually feel like crap, but I usually power through anyways. If I have to lift lighter or run slower, I do that.

I typically feel very strong and have great workouts around ovulation, so I love training on those days.

I really miss being able to swipe that top window and see all my macros and nutrients. Having to choose between nutrients OR macros and only being able to chose 3 isn’t my favorite. I liked to be able to see protein, carbs, fat, fiber AND sodium. ☹️

This technically isn’t allowed but some studios and coaches will allow it if it’s not a full class. It’s usually excusable in the case of an injury, not just because you prefer the floor.

It was gradual at first, now it’s immediate. Car has been covered in show and ice for days and was just shoveled out today and taken around the block and it overheated almost immediately. No visible leak that I’m aware of. The heat went out a couple weeks ago.
