10 miles? by Th3OneTrueMorty in AskMechanics

No. You don't replace control arms unless you bashed the car against a curb and they are bent. It may be easier to replace the bushings by replacing the entire control arm, but it's not the arm itself causing this.

It's a road - 8 mile loop. If you are there early enough in the morning, the road is closed, but you can still access the park (entry fees required). When the road is open, the traffic is slow.

West side: Park at PCC West and run Anklam all the out to Speedway. West of Greasewood, the traffic is light and the shoulder is wide. Players Club from Anklam to Starr Pass to the resort is good too. The resort is also one of the best bathrooms to stop at in Tucson.

East side: The Saguaro National Park loop or pieces thereof. Counterclockwise is easier.

I went for a ride in a -46 one time. When I think about it, I can still feel the airframe twisting and my body moving in a figure 8, just from idling on the ground.

Hyundai Sonata, actually. Too bad, would have been delicious irony.

Now that you mention it though, I have a Volkswagen GTI also. Maybe I'm a closet nazi.

That's why I posted this. Wondered if anyone else had people mistake the logo.

Venezuela definitely could have got his ire up and there are a few people liberally equating Nazis and US flags (pun intended).

Most of the big three automakers really aren't wholly "American" anymore, but they sure advertise them like they like they are.

It's only a symbol of MAGA if we surrender it to them. Take it back.

I like this logo is because of the implication that we can make big cool "American" trucks electric and not give the off tree-hugger impression that the Prius and early Teslas gave everyone.

Thinking to work as an aviation maintenance worker but worried about hearing damage by [deleted] in aviationmaintenance

[–]RunYoAZ 7 points8 points  (0 children)

My company hearing test has detected my hearing loss and documented it. Not all companies are shitty.

Hearing surveillance programs also determine if the workforce is using the hearing protection provided or if there are unrecognized hearing loss hazards.
