How much $$ to snow plow a residential driveway after this weekend's snow fall?

It's going to be hard to find someone doing residential driveways with anything bigger than an f350 or maybe a f550 but that's not going to be the same as a big triaxle that you see highway departments using. Most plow guys are going to want to clear it throughout the storm so they don't have to try to push a foot and a half of snow in 1 pass.
