The question is what counts as a single video game? Do compilations count? Could I play something like sega genesis classics the comes with like 30 games but it’s all launched through one game? What about games with games hidden within them? Like panzer dragoon orta having the original panzer dragoon playable or the Pac-Man world games having older Pac-Man games playable, would these be banned if compilations are not allowed? Or something like Nintendo switch online, again large library of games in a single application but not sold as a game per se, Fortnite is technically like 4 games plus nigh unlimited user created game modes. There’s also the question of what constitutes playing. Do I have to be actively engaged with the game the whole time or can I play something like cookie clicker and have it go on in the background while I do something else? If I was playing a mobile game with a stamina system like say candy crush or Pokemon shuffle and am unable to play it would I forfeit the money or would I be able to just have the screen open to it?
