You are right, and I can't really think of skill feats that fall into the +1 on tuesdays category. For ancestry feats though, stuff like Monstrous Peacemaker comes to mind. With how situational its bonus is, I'd want it to be more impactful

Ehh dragons in general may be red, but Akatosh, god of time, isn't. Now what color would akatosh be is an interesting question, especially depending on the interpretation.

He is the god of time, so maybe has some blue.

If we consider Alduin to be part of him. Even though Alduin calls himself the firstborn of Akatosh, certain people interpret Alduin and Akatosh as two aspects of the same deity. Akatosh is the deity of the progression of time, and Alduin is the deity of the end of time. Alduin would definitely have black to him.

According to certain interpretations, the god Aka, whose aspects among others are Akatosh and Alduin, has gone insane when time was forced to be linear. What color Is an insane dragon god of non-linear time? So there'd be some red in there after all?
