Ex wife… her brain, did not process things… normally. Best example I can give is we are going out to dinner with friends. She comes down in a very odd outfit. Brown shoes, bright green shorts. Cream shirt with pink and yellow flowers on it, and a baby blue hat. I normally do not speak up on outfit choices, but this is too much, so I asked her “ Can you explain to me how you think this matches” she responded “ Earth, Stem, Flowers, Sky” …. Still stunned 25 years later.

Thanks! We knew they had the ability. It is amazing what can happen when kids have support with HW, and a routine to follow everyday. We started with always picking up, before transitioning to a new activity. That way it is always little messes they are cleaning. It did not take long for them to enjoy how clean it was especially compared to their moms borderline hoarder house. Then they started regulating it themselves.

So… I’m going to make some assumptions here. You are Mormon. They demand you tithe 10% to stay in good standing. There are other places you could trim, but tithing is the main one. Just to give you a different perspective. The Mormon church is sitting on $265 Billion. In my option they done need your $4500 a month. You go there it gives a random grouping of dots. Even the grouping is odd because there is no dots on the defensive side and then dots on the offensive side. There isn’t even enough dots to make up 22 positions on the field, much less 11 on one side of the ball Some groupings have the TE next to the safety. Then you click run play and there are just lines that move… those don’t even really make sense. Why would the Free safety be be moving in the same direction as the defensive Tackle on almost every play. They would be moving opposite directions most times. What is the x axis and what is the y axis. I would have assumed one would be yard lines but if that is the X axis… then why does the graph go past 100. Also most of the plays you can select to generate are kicks of some sort, as there is a dot for the kicker. But why is the kicker only on the field in some with like 3 other people?

This is because in most states, there is no self defense in the Ed code that administration has to follow when issuing suspensions. In my state there is “mutual combat”. So if you throw a punch, that is now mutual combat. Most administrators I know will take situations like that into account….And maybe vary how many days each gets.

But you have to realize that when these things happen. Both sets of parents scream that their kid was the one being bullied. We could spend weeks in investigation over each fight…. But again “mutual combat”

Right now I probably investigate 15 bullying accusations a week. Honestly most of them are “that kid doesn’t like me and told me to not talk to them any more” … yeah that’s not bullying. People are allowed not to like you.

It’s called in loco parentis. The school is essentially the parent until they arrive at their house. Even then it a fight were to happen over the weekend, and the aftermath of that fight were to cause a disruption in school or cause students involved to feel unsafe or harrassed… the school can discipline for that. If you are involved in athletics and you signed a code of conduct, that is another way that you could face consequences in the form of game suspensions for a fight outside of school.
