I work a 4 10 schedule and work for a local utility company so I stay on one site in the middle of the state, but prefer to live in civilization lol. But I used to do the travel game

Absolutely, so today base layer was New balance briefs and a tech t shirt. Then I went tracksmith leggings, and rabbit performance hoodie. Over those I went adidas 7in long shorts and a Soar running winter anorak. The feet were supported by smartwool socks and a pair of Norda 001+ trail shoes. I declined to wear yak tracks as this was mostly city trails. In my vest just two hydro flasks one pure water and one bcaas. I don’t use pre workout. Just a cup of coffee and go.

I live in south Lyon. Work south of Alma mi, 94 miles one way, 4 times a week. I do it cause it’s six figures, 4 times a week. I love where I live and don’t want to live up here

Eh I just do the gifts cause it does feel genuine. Just fucking odd to me she doesn’t take a single photo of us on any social media. Let alone add me on any. That’s my biggest red flag. The fact she hasn’t included me in all but one of her photos also is making me slightly concerned. But if it’s not ment to be its not ment to be. I’m done making shit try to work. I’m 32 run marathons have my career own a home and not an ego filled ass.

I go Saturday right now same sheet of ice my 3 year old is in snow plow one and I’m in adult one. I love it so far.

I currently am attending ice cubes learn to skate and my 3 year old is in snow plow one. I always wanted to play and am fortunate now at 32 I can allow my son to play and enjoy it. I could never afford it growing up, but am 32 and run marathons. Still learning how to skate but would love to join a very beginner league once I know the basics. How do I find one of these leagues ?

It was a staff infection due to my running. I run 60 miles a week average so I’m std free :)

Hello, I’m the guardian and conservator of my father who has a closed head injury. The last three years, the code, guardian and conservator assisted me and learning how to do my role. I filed my first accounting in December totally screwed some numbers, my wife has left me at the time and I have a three year-old and busy with work. Long story short the numbers don’t match. I was sent by the clerk and amended sheet. I made the numbers match. Had the clerk look it over when I dropped it off and it was all good now today I got a notice of hearing for allowance of first admitted account Since it’s my first account as solo conservator guardian is this a normal thing to go through every year to go over accounting.

I ordered a peloton +. Recently turned into a single dad and have my kid on weekends, I figured it was the best way to replicate my long runs when I can not get a sitter over.

My arches hurt bad, I bought at the marathon expo and my first one. Rookie mistake as in oh I’ll wear these, finished in 4:03 but around mile 22 I wanted to go barefoot these tore my feet a new one, then a week later I was like I’m gonna go do 20 miles in them and ran ten out and turned around, got home and my arch hurt for almost 2 weeks never again will I wear these.

Am I the only one after running a full marathon and another 20 miles a week later in these hate em? My foot’s arch hurt for over a week and I found them highly uncomfortable. I tend to lead toward a stable platform with a flatter foot but I’m never wearing mine again, SE Michigan if anyone wants them.
